Our Guitar Tuition Programme for Primary Schools Across Scotland

12 Guitars have been teaching our children at St Francis Xavier's Primary for over a year. They give half hour lessons to two groups, P6 and P7, on a weekly basis.

These lessons are very much child led and vary according to the needs and likes of the children, who always have an input into what they learn.

The children absolutely love the lessons and have a very good relationship with their tutor, Steve, who ensures that a large element of each lesson is having fun!

This has played a major part in developing the confidence of these children and they have revelled in performing with Steve on our school stage to children and parents.

I would highly recommend adopting 12 Guitars as part of any school curriculum.
